This is the first time i've used a brightly-themed desktop theme in a while.
And it's all because of firefox 0.9 making my favorite theme no longer work. And so, here comes the list of crap in the screen: -Wallpaper is Overdose by sr27 for DepthCORE10-Submergence [link] -WinAMP 5.03 w/ EMP, using Rugged - Orange Color Theme -Firefox 0.9 w/ FirefoxModern 0.7.1 theme -StyleXP Skin/Visual Style: advance4[xp]², Orange (BeOS) -MSN 6.2 w/ my own custom background Transperency was done through nView, it's the desktop manager that comes with nVidia vidcard drivers. the taskbar isn't actually that gloomy, it's just that it's set to be transparent and there happens to be a black strip below it It's really too bad I didnt take a screenshot of my last setup, it was nice and blue. Looked damn good. Stupid Firefox 0.9 ruining that. It's funny, i was about to take a screen of my setup too. Everything was blue and matched nicely. dammit! If the skin i used to use comes out for 0.9, i'll be sure to revert and grab a screen. Yes, it looked that good. |

I like advance4Pro the best myself.
I would be getting a headache in notime using these settings O.o
Oh, by the way, it seems you forgot to remove kris's name in the msn conversation at the taskbar. I thought that since you took the time to hide it in the msn window, you might wanna delete it down there too

err404.net - hasn't been updated in ages, probably won't be for a while.
umm
do you have the nView context menu active? if you do, click on the system icon (ie: the top left icon in a window's titlebar) and go to nView settings -> Transparent
if nothing happens, try going to nView settings -> individual settings -> edit
set the transperency level to something higher than what it's at, hit okay, and make it transparent again.
i have a hotkey set up for it (CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+T), and i have it set to 25% by default in the nView options, under Effects i think it is. I can't exactly check right now becasue im not actually on my own computer, but when i get on it, and if you havn't found that stuff yet, i'll let you know

minimalistic is the new cluttered/bloated. didn't you get the memo?
Having recently re-installed windows, I've been thinking of grabbing a new theme... but this one is just so nice and i'm just so lazy.
I've been sticking with blue colours themes too.. I might go out of my way to do something different soon, but it's easy on the eyes and i likes it.
any suggestions?
